LOCATION.--Lat 42°13'23.7", long 73°53'07.5"
referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Greene County, NY,
Hydrologic Unit 02020006, on left bank 0.3 mi downstream of Kaaterskill
Creek, and 1.10 mi upstream of State Highway 9W bridge in
Catskill.

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage
is 3.96 ft above NGVD of 1929. Auxiliary water-stage recorder and
crest-stage gage, 0.2 mi downstream from base gage at datum 0.90 ft
below NGVD of 1929.
REMARKS.--Records poor. Telephone gage-height telemeter at
station. Diurnal fluctuation at low flow caused by powerplant upstream
from station.
