referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Stockton Borough, Hunterdon
County, NJ, Hydrologic Unit 02040105, on downstream side of bridge
between Stockton, NJ and Center Bridge, PA, 0.5 mi downstream of
Wickecheoke Creek, 3.1 mi downstream of Lumberville, PA, and 3.3 mi
upstream of Lambertville, NJ.
DRAINAGE AREA.--6,656 mi².
PERIOD OF RECORD.--Annual maximum gage, water years 1936-55,
2004-2006. Continuous-record gage-height station, water years 2009 to
current year.
GAGE.--Water-stage and precipitation recorder with telemetry.
Datum of gage is 53.11 ft above NAVD of 1988. Datum prior to 2004 was
0.04 ft above NGVD of 1929.
COOPERATION.--Gage operated in cooperation with the Delaware
River Joint Toll Bridge Commission.
