LOCATION.--Lat 42° 38'02", long 114° 31'03"(Rev)(NAD83), in SW1/4 NW1/4 NW1/4 sec.19, T.9 S., R.17 E., Jerome County, ID, Hydrologic Unit 17040212, Jerome quad., 60 ft above the falls into the Snake River canyon, and 6.25 mi south of Jerome.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--September 1987 to November 1989 (discontinued). Miscellaneous measurements at site 0.75 mi upstream during 1980, 1985-87, may not be comparable, due to pump diversions between sites.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 3,560 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum daily discharge, 29 ft3/s Sept. 16, 17, 1987;
no flow for long periods.
