GROUNDWATER RECORDS

LOCATION.--Lat 39°47'44", long 74°14'18" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Ocean Township, Ocean County, NJ, Hydrologic Unit 02040301, near the intersection of the Garden State Parkway and Rt.532 (Waretown-Brookville Rd).
WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Depth 316 ft. Upper casing diameter 8 in; top of first opening 306 ft, bottom of last opening 316 ft. Drilled water-table well.
DATUM.--Land-surface datum is 43.82 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of base of locking cap, 1.92 ft above land-surface datum, Apr. 10, 2002 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--February 1962 to current year.
GAGE.--Water-level recorder.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Highest water level, 5.23 ft below land surface datum, Apr 10-11, 1973; lowest, 10.54 ft below land surface datum, Aug 20, 2002.
