LOCATION - Lat 42°03'17", long 71°37'01" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Worcester County, MA, Hydrologic Unit 01090003, on left bank, upstream side of Millville Road bridge, Uxbridge, MA.
DRAINAGE AREA - 244 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 2006 to current year.
GAGE - Data Collection Platform with satellite telemeter. Datum of gage is 198.12 ft above NAVD 1988, from levels.
COOPERATION - Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, Office of Water Resources.
REMARKS - Records fair except those for estimated daily discharge, which are poor. All flows affected by fluctuations from upstream waste-water treatment plants, at high flow by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Flood-Prevention Dam on West River near Uxbridge, MA, and at extremely high flows by flood by-pass inflows from Kettle Brook Diversion Weir in Auburn.
