LOCATION - Lat 41°26'30.01", long 72°19'57.64" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Middlesex County, CT, Hydrologic Unit 01080205, at right, downstream side of bridge on State Route 82, at North Plain.
DRAINAGE AREA - 20.1 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR CT-09-1: 2008 (P).
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Discharge: October 1937 to September 1966, June 2007 to current year. Annual peaks and occasional gage heights and low flow discharge measurements, 1967 to 1984.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 56.23 ft. above North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (57.20 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929). Prior to June 2007, datum of gage was 57.74 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Satellite telemetry at station.
REMARKS -

Water Years 2014, 2015: Records good except for periods of estimated daily discharges, which are fair.

Water Year 2016: Records good except for estimated discharges Feb. 12, 14, and 15, which are fair, and estimated discharges June 1 to Sep. 30, which are poor.

Water Years 2017-2019: Records good except for periods of estimated discharges, which are fair.

Water Year 2020: Records fair except for periods of estimated discharges, which are poor.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum peak stage of 11.12 ft. on Jun. 6, 1982 was at datum then in use.
