LOCATION - Lat 42°11'34.47", long 73°23'28.43" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Berkshire County, MA, Hydrologic Unit 01100005, on left bank at upstream side of bridge on Hurlburt Street, 0.2 mi downstream from Seekonk Brook, 3 mi upstream from mouth, and 1.5 mi west of Great Barrington.
DRAINAGE AREA - 51 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Discharge: October 1951 to September 1971, March 1994 to September 1996, and August 2007 to current year.
GAGE - Data Collection Platform with satellite telemeter. Datum of gage is 689.35 ft above NAVD 1988, estimated from topographic map. Prior to May 11, 2020, datum reported as 690 ft above NGVD 1929, estimated from topographic map. Datum previously reported erroneously as 700 ft above NGVD 1929, estimated from topographic map.
