- Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 40°57'11.1", long 72°11'03.8" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Suffolk County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 02030202, at Maidstone Club golf cart bridge over Hook Pond, East Hampton, New York.
REVISIONS HISTORY - On April 16, 2020, results for 20 field-collected vertical-profile water-quality samples collected between 07-18-2017 through 12-04-2017 that had been attributed to USGS 0130469525 Hook Pond (QW Site 10) were moved to USGS 405714072104801 Hook Pond (QW Site 6) and USGS 405713072105801 Hook Pond (QW Site 8). This was done to eliminate ambiguity and ensure the location at which the profiles were conducted was represented properly in the Site Description and on NWIS Mapper, which does not rely on the latitude and longitude parameter codes (91110 and 91111, respectively) that were originally used to document profile location.
