- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 40°51'34", long 74°45'39" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Mount Olive Township, Morris County, NJ, Hydrologic Unit 02030105, on upstream right wingwall of bridge on US Route 46 in village of Budd Lake, 300 ft west of Wolfe Road, 700 ft downstream of dam on Budd Lake, and 3.5 mi east of Hackettstown.
DRAINAGE AREA - 5.08 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Continuous-record gaging station, June 2008 to March 2014.
GAGE - Water-stage and depth-of-hole recorder (fathometer, for NJDOT bridge scour monitoring) with telemetry and crest-stage gages. Datum of gage is 940 ft NAVD of 1988 (from topographic map).
REMARKS - Records fair, except for estimated discharges, which are poor. Flow occasionally regulated by Budd Lake.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 134 ft³/s, Sep 28, 2011, gage height, 7.71 ft; minimum discharge, 0.04 ft³/s, many days.
