LOCATION - Lat 40°04'59", long 74°10'47" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Lakewood Township, Ocean County, NJ, Hydrologic Unit 02040301, on upstream right bank of New Hampshire Avenue bridge, 0.5 mi downstream of Lake Shenandoah, 2.0 mi southeast of town of Lakewood, and 2.0 mi east of Lake Carasaljo.
DRAINAGE AREA - 29.5 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Continuous-record gaging station, June 2011 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with telemetry and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 20 ft above NGVD of 1929 (from topographic map).
REMARKS - Records fair, except for estimated discharges, which are poor. Flow occasionally regulated by Lake Shenandoah.
