GAGE - Acoustic Doppler velocity meter, acoustic stage sensor and temperature sensor with telemetry. Datum of gage is 0.00 ft at NAVD of 1988.

The Godin low-pass filter is used to remove principal tidal frequencies from unit values. Positive discharge (ebb tide) is generally to the east direction and negative discharge (flood tide) is generally to the west.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - DISCHARGE: Maximum positive discharge (unfiltered), 140,000 ft³/s, Dec 27, 2012, although a greater discharge may have occurred during period of missing record Oct 29 to Nov 4, 2012; maximum negative discharge (unfiltered), -214,000 ft³/s, Jun 4, 2012. GAGE HEIGHT: Maximum gage height, 5.53 ft (from storm tide sensor data), Oct 29, 2012; minimum gage height, -4.08 ft, Jan 19, 2016.
