01427195 Equinunk Creek near Dillontown, PA
LOCATION - Lat 41°50'25", long 75°14'18" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Wayne County, PA, Hydrologic Unit 02040101, at bridge 1,688 ft upstream from South Branch Equinunk Creek, and 1.72 mi above mouth and Equinunk.
DRAINAGE AREA - 46.9 mi².  
REVISIONS HISTORY - Prior to November 9, 2022, the datum was reported as 913.5 ft above NAVD88
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 2018 to current year. 
GAGE - Water-stage recorder, crest-stage gage, and water-quality monitor. Datum of gage is 913.1 ft. above North American Vertical Datum of 1988, from GNSS survey. Prior to Sep 30, 2020, manuscript stated; "Datum of gage is 913 ft. above North American Vertical Datum of 1988."  Prior to November 9, 2022, the datum was erroneously reported as 913.5 ft above NAVD88.  GOES and Iridium Satellite telemetry at station.
COOPERATION - Funding for the operation of this station is provided by the U.S. Geological Survey.
REMARKS - Station is an NGWOS (Next Generation Water Observing System) gage. Records are good except those for discharges above 2,000 cfs and estimated discharges, which are poor.
WATER-QUALITY RECORDS
PERIOD OF DAILY RECORD - October 2018 to current year.
INSTRUMENTATION - Temperature probe interfaced with a data collection platform since water year 2019.
REMARKS - Cross-sectional water temperature data is available upon request.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF DAILY RECORD - WATER TEMPERATURE: Maximum, 29.0 °C, Jul 27, 2020; minimum -0.1°C, many days during winter periods.
