LOCATION - Lat 40°44'56", long 75°15'56" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Northampton County, PA, Hydrologic Unit 02040105, on right bank, 100 ft upstream of Route 33 bridge at Tatamy.
DRAINAGE AREA - 31.1 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR-US-2009: 2006-2008(M). WDR-US-2013: 2006-2012.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - November 2005 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 331.775 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1988 from GNSS Level II RTN Survey. Satellite telemetry at station.
COOPERATION - Station established and maintained by the U.S. Geological Survey in cooperation with Hercules Cement Company, Inc.
REMARKS - Natural flow is supplemented by quarry pumping about 0.5 mi upstream. Record of pumpage data were provided to the USGS by Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and filed with the Water Science Center through Water Year 2016. Records for water year 2014 are fair except those less than 70 cfs and those greater than 230 cfs, which are poor. Records for water year 2015 are fair except those less than 70 cfs and those greater than 1840 cfs, which are poor. Records for water years 2016-2020 and 2023 are poor. Records for water year 2021-2022 are fair except estimated discharge, which is poor.
