01472620 EAST BRANCH PERKIOMEN CREEK NEAR DUBLIN, PA
LOCATION - Lat 40°24'14", long 75°14'05" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Bucks County, PA, Hydrologic Unit 02040203, on right bank 40 ft downstream from bridge on Bucks Road, 4.5 mi northeast of Perkasie, and 5.0 mi southeast of Quakertown.
DRAINAGE AREA - 4.05 mi². not including distributary.
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR PA-99-1: 1984, 1985, 1989, 1993, 1994, 1996, 1997 (M).
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1983 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder, crest-stage gage and concrete control. Datum of gage is 337.21 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Prior to September 1, 2023, the datum of gage was 338.14 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.  Satellite and landline telemetry at station.
COOPERATION - Station established and maintained by the U.S. Geological Survey in cooperation with the Delaware River Basin Commission.
REMARKS - Diversion since August 1989 from Delaware River at Point Pleasant to Bradshaw Reservoir (Geddes Creek Basin). Pumpage from reservoir enters the stream about 0.5 mi upstream of gage. Record of diversions were provided to the USGS by Exelon Nuclear and filed with the Water Science Center through Water Year 2016. Peak flows are unregulated. Records for water years 2014-2016 are good except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor.  Records for water year 2017 are good. Records for water years 2018-2020 are good except for discharge greater than 100 cfs, which is fair and estimated discharge, which is poor. Records for water years 2021-2023 are good except for discharge greater than 200 cfs, which is fair and estimated discharge, which is poor.
