LOCATION - Lat 39°42'38.3", long 75°36'31.4" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, New Castle County, DE, Hydrologic Unit 02040205, on downstream side of bridge on James Street, at Newport, and 7.5 mi upstream from the confluence with the Delaware River.
DRAINAGE AREA - Not determined.
