LOCATION - Lat 40°11'43", long 76°34'04" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Dauphin County, PA, Hydrologic Unit 02050305, Gage is upstream of bridge on Prospect Road and alongside the Lancaster County Conewago Recreation Trail. Gage is on left bank approximately 15 ft upstream from bridge. Location along Prospect Road is approximately 750 ft north of intersection of Prospect Road and Mount Gretna Road (Rte. 241).

COOPERATION - Funding is provided by PA Department of Environmental Protection as part of a water- quality assessment of the Conewago Creek Watershed. Additional partners include the USDA, Dauphin, Lancaster, and Lebanon County Conservation Districts, the Pennsylvania State University and Elizabethtown College. This station managed by the PAWSC New Cumberland Office.

SPECIFIC CONDUCTANCE: maximum, 855 uS/cm on Mar 19, 2020; minimum, 86 uS/cm on Sept 1, 2021. TURBIDITY: maximum, 1300 NTU on Feb 25, 2017, but may have been higher; minimum, -0.3 on many days.
