LOCATION - Lat 36°36'11", long 78°17'53" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Mecklenburg County, VA, Hydrologic Unit 03010106, on left bank 1,200 ft downstream from John H. Kerr dam, 5.3 mi upstream from bridge on U.S. Highway 1, 6.7 mi southeast of Boydton, and at mile 178.4.
DRAINAGE AREA - 7,866 mi².
