LOCATION - Lat 35°32'36", long 77°03'43" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Beaufort County, NC, Hydrologic Unit 03020104, at bridge on U.S. Highway 17 at Washington, and 0.7 mi downstream of Kennedy Creek.
DRAINAGE AREA - 3,200 mi².

PERIOD OF RECORD - Discharge, October 1999 to June 2008 (discontinued.) Stage, March 1988 to May 1993. October 1999 to June 2009. March 2010 to current year.
