02153700 THICKETTY CREEK AT CNTY ROAD 42 NEAR GAFFNEY, SC
LOCATION - Lat 35°03'46", long 81°42'53" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Cherokee County, SC, Hydrologic Unit 03050105, attached to the downstream side of bridge, on County Road 42, one mile above Beaver Dam Creek, and four miles west of the Town of Gaffney.
DRAINAGE AREA - 24.3 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - Drainage area was revised on Jun. 23, 2020, based on a more accurate determination of the drainage area. 
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 2006 to current year.
GAGE - Data collection platform and crest-stage gage. Elevation of gage is 594.41 ft above NAVD 1988 (from GNSS survey).
REMARKS - Gage-height records are generally good. Discharge records are generally fair except for estimated discharges, which are poor.
