02174250 COW CASTLE CREEK NEAR BOWMAN, SC
LOCATION - Lat 33°22'43", long 80°42'00" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Orangeburg County, SC, Hydrologic Unit 03050205, at bridge over box culvert on Country road,(unnumbered dirt road) 1.1 mi. upstream from Buck Branch, and 3.2 mi northwest of Bowman.
DRAINAGE AREA - 23.4 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - Drainage area was revised on Jun. 23, 2020, based on a more accurate determination of the drainage area. 
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1971 to September 1981, October 1995 to May 2013, May 2023 to current date.
GAGE - Data collection platform. Elevation of gage is 125 ft above NGVD of 1929 (from topographic map). Prior to February 1988, gage at same site at different datum.
REMARKS - Gage-height records are generally good to fair. Discharge records are generally good to fair except for estimated discharges, which are poor.
