LOCATION - Lat 34°22'59", long 82°34'39" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Anderson County, SC, Hydrologic Unit 03060103, at downstream side of bridge on State Road 244, 0.5 mi upstream from Beaver Creek, 2.5 mi upstream of Secession Lake, and 6.7 mi east of Starr.
DRAINAGE AREA - 111 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - May 1989 to February 1996, October 1996 to September 2001, October 2001 to January 2003, nonrecording gage at same site and datum, February 2003 to March 2004, October 2004 to current year.
GAGE - Data collection platform. Datum of gage is 556.44 ft above NAVD of 1988.
REMARKS - Gage-height records are generally good. Discharge records are generally good except for estimated discharges, which are poor.
