LOCATION - Lat 33°28'41", long 81°54'28" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Aiken County, SC, Hydrologic Unit 03060106, on U.S. Hwy SC-125S, 1.7 mi southwest of Clearwater and 3 mi east of Hamburg.
DRAINAGE AREA - 155 mi².
PERIOD OF RECORD - April 2005 to current year. Gage height record collected at same site January 2004 to August 2004 by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
GAGE - Data collection platform. Datum of gage is 109.39 ft above NAVD of 1988.

For the 2015 water year, records good.
For the 2016 water year, records good except for those estimated daily discharges, which are poor.
For the 2017 water year, records good.
For the 2018 water year, records good.
For the 2019 water year, records good.
For the 2020 water year, records good to fair.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - The highest daily mean discharge for period of record is an estimated value occurring June 3, 2013, associated with the highest recorded gage height for period of record of 15.85 ft. The highest computed instantaneous discharge for period of record was 1,210 cfs on Dec. 14, 2019, associated with a gage height of 14.63 ft. The lowest daily mean discharge for period of record was 43.3 cfs and occurred Jan. 28, 2013.
