DISCHARGE: May 2009 to current year.
GAGE HEIGHT: May 2009 to current year.
WATER VELOCITY: May 2009 to current year.
GAGE - Satellite telemetry with a water-stage recorder and acoustic velocity meter. Datum of gage is the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988 (from U.S. Geological Survey levels). Prior to October 1, 2010, the datum of gage was 12.2 feet below the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988.
COOPERATION - Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division.
REMARKS - Gage-height records are generally good. Water velocity records are generally good. Discharge records are generally fair. Additional details on the accuracy of the records can be obtained by contacting the USGS South Atlantic Water Science Center at gs-w-ga_nwisweb_data_inquiries@usgs.gov.

Streamflow at this site is affected significantly by astronomical tides. By convention, the U.S. Geological Survey has established ebb (seaward) flows as positive flows and flood (landward) flows as negative flows.
