02200120 OGEECHEE RIVER AT GA 88, NEAR GRANGE, GA
LOCATION - Lat 33°02'40.5", long 82°36'13.2" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Jefferson County, GA, Hydrologic Unit 03060201, at the downstream side of the bridge on GA 88, 1.4 mi downstream from confluence with May Branch, and 3.0 mi southwest of Grange.
DRAINAGE AREA - 452.97 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY -

Gage datum was revised on December 7, 2021 based on an error in the determination of the gage datum.

SURFACE-WATER RECORDS

GAGE HEIGHT: December 2009 to current year.
GAGE - Satellite telemetry with a water stage recorder. Datum of gage is 233.40 feet above North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988.

REMARKS - Gage-height records are generally good. EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge recorded, 11,700 cfs, February 8, 2020; maximum gage-height recorded, 18.51 feet, February 8, 2020; minimum daily discharge, 0.27 cfs, July 30-31, 2012.
