LOCATION - Lat 27°18'59", long 80°50'18" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 sec.28, T.36 S., R.35 E., Okeechobee County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090102, on left bank, 1.5 mi upstream from bridge on U.S. Highway 441, 4.6 mi northwest of Okeechobee, and 9.5 mi upstream from mouth and structure S-193 at Lake Okeechobee.
DRAINAGE AREA - 58.7 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 2004 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder, acoustic velocity meter, and data-collection platform. Datum of gage is at NAVD of 1988 (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers bench mark).
COOPERATION - This gage is monitored in cooperation with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
REMARKS - Discharge not published some days due to bad or missing velocity data.
