LOCATION - Lat 27°04'09.6", long 82°13'13.2" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.21, T.39 S., R.21 E., Sarasota County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03100102, in middle of channel on downstream side of bridge at West Price Blvd. at North Port, 2.0 mi upstream from the confluence of Cocoplum Waterway and Big Slough Canal, 2.2 mi north of U. S. Highway 41, and 4.8 mi upstream from mouth.
DRAINAGE AREA - 85.7 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - April 2007 to current year.
GAGE - Water stage and velocity recorder. Datum of gage is 1.68 ft below North American Vertical Datum of 1988.
