LOCATION - Lat 27°53'47", long 82°21'00" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 sec.6, T.30 S., R.20 E., Hillsborough County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03100206, on left bank 80 ft. upstream of box culverts on Progress Boulevard, 0.2 mi northwest of Interstate 75, and 7.5 mi southeast of Tampa. DRAINAGE AREA - 6.09 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WRD FL-04-3A: WRD FL-01-3A through WRD FL-03-3A datum of gage was published in error.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - February 1999 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 1.05 ft. above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.
COOPERATION - This gage is monitored in cooperation with Hillsborough County.

INSTRUMENTATION - A 6-inch diameter, tipping bucket precipitation gage 15-minute interval, mounted on aluminum pole with the top of funnel 8 ft. above the ground.
REMARKS - Collection, computation and publication of precipitation data do not necessarily conform to standards used by the National Weather Service. Records of precipitation prior to October 1, 2001 not published but are available in files of the Geological Survey.
