LOCATION - Lat 28°00'00.68", long 82°33'23.39" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 sec.36, T.28 S., R.17 E., Hillsborough County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03100206, on left upstream wingwall of Sawyer Road bridge, 1,300 ft. north of Hillsborough Avenue, 0.2 mi upstream from Sweetwater Creek, and 7.0 mi northwest of Tampa.
DRAINAGE AREA - Indeterminate.
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR FL-2002-3A: 2001 (September).
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1985 to September 1990; April 1992 to October 2016 (discontinued).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Prior to May 21, 2013 at Henry Street Bridge, .3 miles upstream at same datum.
COOPERATION - This gage is monitored in cooperation with Hillsborough County.
CLIMATOLOGICAL RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 2016 to October 2016 (discontinued).
INSTRUMENTATION - An 8-inch diameter, SDI tipping bucket precipitation gage 15-minute interval, mounted on an aluminum pipe with the top of the funnel 10 ft above the ground.
