LOCATION - Lat 28°48'47.2", long 82°36'20.3" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 SW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.20, T.19 S., R.17 E., Citrus County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03100207, 27 ft. from left bank, on platform, 1.9 mi northwest of Homosassa Springs, and 1.28 mi upstream from mouth.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 2012 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage and velocity recorder. Datum of gage is North American Vertical Datum of 1988.
COOPERATION - This gage is monitored in cooperation with Southwest Florida Water Management District.
REMARKS - Gage height at this site is significantly affected by astronomical tides.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum gage height, 4.67 ft, Sept. 2, 2016; minimum gage height, 1.76 ft below NAVD 88, Jan. 8, 2014.
