LOCATION - Lat 33°53'38.5", long 84°27'28.4" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Cobb County, GA, Hydrologic Unit 03130001, on downstream side of bridge of Chattahoochee nature trail, 2.35 miles north of Vinings, 1.18 miles from confluence of Chattahoochee River.
DRAINAGE AREA - 18.6 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR GA-09:2007,2008.

GAGE HEIGHT: March 2007 to current year.
GAGE - Satellite telemetry with a water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 820.33 feet above North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988 (leveling by Global Navigation Satellite System equipment using GEOID12A).
COOPERATION - Cobb County Water Systems.
REMARKS - Gage-height records are generally good. Discharge records are generally fair except for estimated discharges, which are poor. EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge recorded, 4,880 cfs, estimated, September 08, 2021, from rating curve extended above 1000 cfs on basis of slope-area measurement of peak flow; maximum gage height recorded, 14.67 feet, September 08, 2021; minimum daily discharge, 1.37 cfs, October 22, 2016.
