LOCATION - Lat 31°14'56.7", long 85°06'23.8" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Early County, GA, Hydrologic Unit 03130004, On top of the downstream right bank approximately .5 mi downstream of the Andrews Lock and Dam, and at mile 46 from the Ga. Fl. line.
DRAINAGE AREA - 8,210 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD -
DISCHARGE: September 2009 to July 2019.
GAGE-HEIGHT: September 2009 to July 2019.
WATER VELOCITY: September 2009 to July 2019. 
GAGE - Satellite telemetry with a water-stage recorder and an acoustic velocity meter. Velocity data represents the average water velocity at the upstream cross-section of the bridge with positive values in the downstream direction. Datum of gage is referenced to North American Vertical Datum(NAVD) of 1988. Prior to October 1, 2010, datum of gage is referenced to National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929.
COOPERATION - Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division.

Water velocity data represent water velocity at the downstream cross-section of the bridge with positive values in the downstream direction. Flow regulated by Lake Sidney Lanier, West Point Lake, Lake Harding, Walter F. George Lake, and George W. Andrews Reservoir.
