02357500 LAKE SEMINOLE NEAR CHATTAHOOCHEE, FL
LOCATION - Lat 30°42'31.4", long 84°51'49.6" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Gadsden County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03130011, on right upstream lock wall of Jim Woodruff Dam on Chattahoochee River, 0.6 miles upstream from bridge on US 90, and 1.5 miles northwest of Chattahoochee.
DRAINAGE AREA - 17,100 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - Reservoir elevation for the period Oct. 21, 2019 to Oct. 24, 2019, was revised on Jun. 2, 2020, based on the addition of reservoir elevation data.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 2007 to current year. Elevation records collected at same site since February 1957 to July 2007 in files of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
GAGE - Satellite telemetry with a water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 0.00 feet above National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929 (levels by US Army Corps of Engineers).
COOPERATION - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile district.

Lake is formed by concrete gravity dam. Spillway (crest elevation, 79.0 feet) is equipped with sixteen vertical lift gates 40 feet wide by 30.5 feet high. Total capacity at elevation 77.0 feet is 367,320 acre-feet.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum contents, 409,100 acre-feet, April 23, 2020; maximum elevation recorded, 78.07 feet, April 23, 2020; minimum contents, 310,700 acre-feet, October 10, 2018; minimum elevation recorded, 75.39 feet, October 10, 2018.
