LOCATION - Lat 34°21'27.3", long 84°06'48.9" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Dawson County, GA, Hydrologic Unit 03150104, at bridge at GA 9, 6.5 miles upstream of confluence with Amicalola Creek
DRAINAGE AREA - 131 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD -
DISCHARGE: June 2002 to current year.
GAGE HEIGHT: June 2002 to current year.
GAGE - Satellite telemetry with a water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 1,021.34 feet above North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988 (from GNSS survey).
COOPERATION - Etowah Water and Sewer Authority.
REMARKS - Gage-height records are generally good.
