LOCATION - Lat 34°21'29", long 84°06'48" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Dawson County, GA, Hydrologic Unit 03150104, at bridge at GA 9, 6.5 miles upstream of confluence with Amicalola Creek
DRAINAGE AREA - 131 mi².
DISCHARGE: June 2002 to current year.
GAGE HEIGHT: June 2002 to current year.
GAGE - Satellite telemetry with a water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 1022 feet above National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929 (from topographic map).
COOPERATION - Etowah Water and Sewer Authority.
For period 10/01/2013 - 07/31/2016: Discharge record fair, except those for Estimated Daily Discharges, which are poor. Gage height record good.
For period 08/01/2016 - 10/12/2016: Discharge record poor. Gage height record poor.
For period 10/13/2016 - 12/12/2016: Discharge record good. Gage height record good.
