LOCATION - Lat 32°18'13", long 90°11'33" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.03, T.5 N., R.1 E., Hinds County, MS, Hydrologic Unit 03180002, Choctaw Meridian, at bridge at 217 North Gallatin street in Jackson, 300 ft upstream of Illinois Central Railroad and about 2.5 miles upstream from mouth to the Pearl River.
