LOCATION - Lat 39°20'11", long 79°59'37" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Taylor County, WV, Hydrologic Unit 05020001, on right bank 20 ft downstream from bridge on State Secondary Route 50/9, 1.4 mi east of Grafton, and at mile 1.8.
DRAINAGE AREA - 96.7 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR WV-97-1: Drainage area.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1984 to current year (daily discharge and peaks).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with satellite telemeter. Datum of gage is 999.4 ft above NAVD 88.
REMARKS - Maximum peak flow of 12,000 ft³/s from rating curve extended above 10,000 ft³/s on basis of slope-area measurement of peak flow. Maximum peak stage of 20.13 ft from floodmarks.
