LOCATION - Lat 40°37'13", long 82°19'28" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Ashland County, OH, Hydrologic Unit 05040002, on the left bank 0.2 mile downstream from Pleasant Hill Dam, 2.8 miles south of Perrysville, and 4.7 miles upstream from the confluence of Clear Fork and Black Fork.
DRAINAGE AREA - 198 mi².

SURFACE-WATER RECORDS

Stage only record from October 1, 2014 - Present.

Continuous discharge gage, October 1938 to September 1991; recording crest stage gage, October 1991 to Sept. 30, 2007 (station discontinued). Monthly discharge only for October 1938, published in WSP 1305.

GAGE - Water-stage recorder. datum of gage is 967.00 ft (1912 adjustment). From Survey November 2023, datum of Gage is also 966.13 ft (NAVD88). Prior to May 1, 1947, water-stage recorder at site 0.5 mi downstream at datum 4.88 ft lower.
REMARKS -

Flow regulated by Pleasant Hill Lake. Water diverted from Clear Fork Reservoir (upstream from Pleasant Hill Lake) for municipal supply of city of Mansfield since 1953; returned to Rocky Fork as sewage effluent. Water-quality data collected at this site 1965 to 1977. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers satellite telemeter at station.
