LOCATION - Lat 38°27'21.4", long 81°30'04.3" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Kanawha County, WV, Hydrologic Unit 05050007, on left bank at 84 Lumber Company bridge at Wills, WV, 800 feet downstream from confluence with Wills Creek, 1.3 mi west of Elkview, and at mile 6.3.
DRAINAGE AREA - 43.7 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - April 1985 to September 1987 (daily discharge) different datum than current site, October 2019 to present (daily discharge and peaks).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 608.9 ft above NAVD 88.  April 1985 to September 1987, at site 300 feet upstream from present site and at datum 604.38 ft above NAVD88 (Vertcon conversion of 605 ft above NGVD29, from topographic map).
