LOCATION - Lat 38°23'17.7", long 82°06'47.2" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Cabell County, WV, Hydrologic Unit 05070102, on left bank at highway bridge, 700 ft downstream from Little Twomile Creek, 0.9 mi upstream from Charley Creek, 3.4 mi south of Milton, and at mile 25.3.
