LOCATION - Lat 39°15'49", long 83°10'01" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Ross County, OH, Hydrologic Unit 05060003, on left bank at county road, 0.2 mi downstream from Sulfur Lick, 1.2 mi southwest of Bourneville, and 1.2 mi upstream from Upper Twin Creek.
DRAINAGE AREA - 807 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR-OH-72-1: 1971. WDR-OH-96-1: 1993, 1994-95 (M).
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Continuous discharge gage, October 1921 to January 1937, January 1938 to September 1998, October 2009 to current year. Recording stage gage, October 1998 to September 2009. Monthly discharge only for some periods, published in WSP 1305. Published as "at Bainbridge" October 1921 to September 1923 and as "near Bainbridge" January 1938 to May 1939.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 665.07 ft (NAVD 1988). Prior to February 2015 datum was 665.56 ft (NGVD 1929). See WSP1725 for history of changes prior to May 3, 1939.
REMARKS -

For the period May 23, 2014 to Nov. 13, 2014, discharge records rated poor. For the period Nov. 14, 2014 to Oct. 22, 2015, discharge records rated fair except for estimated discharges which are poor. Oct. 23, 2015 to Dec. 11, 2015: discharge records fair. Dec. 12, 2016 to June 28, 2016: discharge records good. June 29, 2016 to Dec. 21, 2016: discharge records fair except for estimated records, which are poor.  Dec. 22, 2016 to Nov. 7, 2017: discharge records fair except for estimated records, which are poor.  Nov. 8, 2017 to Nov. 29, 2018, discharge records rated fair except for estimated discharges which are poor.  Flow regulated by upstream reservoirs. Water-quality and sediment data formerly collected at this site.
