LOCATION - Lat 39°04'12", long 83°01'11" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Pike County, OH, Hydrologic Unit 05060002, on left bank 0.8 mi downstream from U.S. Highway 23 bridge.
DRAINAGE AREA - 5,836 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - December 2001 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 530.90 ft (NAVD 1988). Prior to October 2013 datum published as 531.43 ft (NGVD 1929).
REMARKS -

Records fair for 2014 except for Sept. 12-30, which is poor. For he period Oct. 1, 2014 to Feb. 12, 2015, discharge records rated fair except for estimated discharges which are poor. For the period Feb. 13, 2015 to June 4, 2015 discharge records poor. For the period June 5, 2015 to Oct. 23, 2015, discharge records fair except for estimated discharges which are poor. Oct. 24, 2015 to Nov. 17, 2016: discharge records fair. Nov. 18, 2016 to Apr. 12, 2017, discharge records rated fair except for estimated discharges which are poor.  Apr. 13, 2017 to Oct. 24, 2017, discharge records rated good. For the period Oct. 25, 2017 to Oct. 24, 2018, discharge records rated good.  Flow regulated by 7 reserviors in basin upstream from station.
