LOCATION - Lat 39°33'47", long 84°18'18" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Warren County, OH, Hydrologic Unit 05080002, downstream side of W Second St bridge, 2 mi upstream from Clear Creek. Park on top of levee at downstream, right bank corner of Lions bridge.
DRAINAGE AREA - 2,727 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 2012 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 657.46 ft (NAVD 1988).
COOPERATION - Base data furnished by Miami Conservancy District.
REMARKS - Records fair for WY2014 and WY2015, except for estimated daily discharges, which are considered poor. Oct. 1, 2015 to Oct. 5, 2016: discharge records fair except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Oct. 6, 2016 to Oct. 24, 2017: discharge records fair except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor.  Oct. 25, 2017 to Oct. 18, 2018: discharge records fair except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor.  Record quality ratings will not be included in the water-year summary for approved records newer than 09/30/2019. Flood flow regulated by four retarding basins upstream from station plus other reservoirs. See REMARKS for station 03270500. A small amount of water pumped from groundwater farther upstream is diverted to the Little Miami River watershed through the Montgomery County regional system. This pumpage could affect low flow.
