03384100 TRADEWATER RIVER NEAR PROVIDENCE, KY
LOCATION - Lat 37°23'48", long 87°50'42" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Crittenden County, KY, Hydrologic Unit 05140205, on upstream side of bridge on State Highway 120, 4.8 miles west of Providence, 16.5 miles east of Marion, 3.2 miles downstream of Wolf Creek, and 6.3 miles upstream of Big Branch Creek.
DRAINAGE AREA - 605 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - The maximum gage-height for the water year 2010 has been revised to 34.16 feet, May 8, 2010.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 2008 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with telemetry.  Datum of gage is 322.17 ft above the North American Vertical Datum of 1988.  Formerly 337.00 feet above NGVD of 1929 (from topographic map).
COOPERATION - City of Clay.
REMARKS - Backwater conditions from the Ohio River occurs routinely at this site.
