03455773 LAKE LOGAN AT DAM NEAR HAZELWOOD, NC
LOCATION - Lat 35°25'21", long 82°55'20" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Haywood County, NC, Hydrologic Unit 06010106, Lat. 35 25'17", Long. 82 55'27", (Quad. 184 NW) on West Fork Pigeon River at right side of Lake Logan Dam on upstream face, 22 ft from right end of spillway, 0.8 miles upstream from Little East Fork Pigeon River, and 5.9 miles southeast of Hazelwood, Haywood County.
DRAINAGE AREA - 33.3 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - Gage datum was revised on October 01, 2021, based on an error in the determination of the gage datum.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1986 to September 1990 and October 1997 to current year. Records for October 1990 to January 1991 and November 1995 to September 1997 are unpublished and available from the USGS Water Science Center, Raleigh, NC.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 2,856.43 ft above NAVD of 1988. Satellite and telephone telemetry at station.
REMARKS -

Total capacity is 1,040 ft³/s-day (top of flashboards), all of which is usable. Filling began November 1931. (See station number 0345577330).
