LOCATION - Lat 43°42'11", long 84°28'16" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 sec.07, T.15 N., R.1 W., Midland County, MI, Hydrologic Unit 04080201,
DRAINAGE AREA - 138 mi².  
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - June 1, 1934 to September 29, 1971 and June 8, 2021 to current year.  Converted to a crest-stage partial-record station 1971 to 1982. 
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 611.319 ft above NAVD88. The NAVD88 datum was determined by a RTK GPS positioning by Spicer Group, INC. on Aug. 4, 2021, and levels of Aug. 5, 2021 by USGS. 
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 8,500 ft³/s, May 17, 1974, gage height, 18.30 ft, site and datum then in use; maximum gage height, 19.00 ft, May 12, 2022, present site and datum.
