- Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 41°10'02.6", long 85°04'26.7" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.03, T.31 N., R.13 E., Allen County, IN, Hydrologic Unit 04100003, on upstream side of left abutment of Mayhew Road bridge, 2.1 mi downstream from Ely Run, 6.7 mi northeast of the Fort Wayne Court House, and at mile 9.41.

SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1983 to current year. October 1, 1983 to March 31, 2015, gage located 1.3 mi upstream of the Ely Bridge (Mayhew Rd).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 752.99 NAVD 1988 from 07/24/2014 to present. Prior to 07/24/2014 datum is 754.00 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 (levels by State of Indiana). August 8, 1941 to September 20, 1955, recording gage at site 1.3 mi downstream at datum 2.58 lower.
REMARKS - Flow regulated by Cedarville Reservoir and some flow diverted into storage of Hurshtown Reservoir.
