LOCATION - Lat 44°15'39", long 72°34'35" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Washington County, VT, Hydrologic Unit 04150403, on right bank, at Langdon Street crossing, 400 ft northwest of State Street (US 2) and Main Street (VT 12) intersection in Montpelier, and 800 ft upstream from mouth on Winooski River.
DRAINAGE AREA - 77.8 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Elevation: October 2017 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is at North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Prior to October 1, 2022, water-surface elevation data also reported as gage height above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. 
COOPERATION - City of Montpelier, Vermont.
EXTREMES OUTSIDE PERIOD OF RECORD - Flood of November 3, 1927 reached a stage of 533.9 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.
