LOCATION - Lat 47°48'20", long 98°42'57" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.15, T.150 N., R.63 W., Eddy County, ND, Hydrologic Unit 09020203, on left bank on downstream side of county highway bridge and 3.3 mi south of Warwick.
DRAINAGE AREA - 2,070 mi² of which 1,310 mi² probably is noncontributing. including 227 mi² in closed basins.
REVISIONS HISTORY - WSP 1438: 1952(M). WSP 1728: Drainage area.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS

GAGE - Water-stage recorder and rubble masonry control. Datum of gage is 1377.52 ft above NAVD88. Datum was converted to NAVD88 datum using the National Geodetic Surveys VDATUM transformation tool. Prior to conversion to NAVD88 gage datum was published as 1,376.34 ft above NGVD29 (levels by NDSWC, January, 2001). 
REMARKS -  Accuracy of records for water years prior to 2014 are noted in the individual Annual Data Reports for those water years. For water years 2014 onward, records good except for estimated discharges, which are poor, unless otherwise noted.
