  • Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
  • For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
  • For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
  • For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
  • Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

REVISIONS HISTORY -

Revisions:  Published records from 2014 WY to 2020 WY were downgraded from fair and good to poor on June 2, 2021, due to uncertainty involved with computing flow using surrogate station 05056019 7.40 miles upstream.

Revisions: The 2018, 2019 and 2020 WY peak GH values were revised on June 23, 2021, to reflect actual peak GH value observed at historical gage location instead of the date and time associated with the peak discharge occurrence at the HWY 17 surrogate gage location, 7.40 miles upstream.

Revisions: The 2018, 2019 and 2020 WY peak discharge timing was revised on June 23, 2021, to reflect the timing of the peak observed at the historical gage location, in place of the date and time of the peak at the HWY 17 surrogate gage location, 7.40 miles upstream.  An estimate qualifier was added to the peak discharge values for the 2018, 2019 and 2020 Water Years, to reflect the uncertainty of the actual discharge value at the historical gage location.

Revisions: The 2022 WY peak discharge timing was revised on July 14, 2023, to reflect the timing of the peak observed at the historical gage location, in place of the date and time of the peak at the HWY 17 surrogate gage location, 7.40 miles upstream.  An estimate qualifier was added to the peak discharge value to reflect the uncertainty of the actual discharge value at the historical gage location.

Revisions: The 2023 WY peak Gh value was revised on July 17, 2024, to reflect actual peak GH value observed at historical gage location instead of the recorded value at the date and time associated with the peak discharge occurrence at the HWY 17 surrogate gage location, 7.40 miles upstream.

Revisions: The 2023 WY peak discharge timing was revised on July 17, 2024, to reflect the timing of the peak observed at the historical gage location, in place of the date and time of the peak at the HWY 17 surrogate gage location, 7.40 miles upstream.

SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - DAILY DISCHARGE--June 1956 to current year (seasonal records only 1982-93 and 1995 to current year).

PERIOD OF RECORD.--DAILY GAGE HEIGHT--March 2000 to current year (seasonal records only).
GAGE -

Water-stage recorder. Datum of the gage is 1446.24 ft above North American Vertical Datum 1988 (NAVD88, Survey done by USGS) and 1,445 above the National Geodetic Vertical Datum 1988 (NGVD29, based on topographic map) Prior to July 2, 1957, nonrecording gage at present site and datum.

REMARKS - Accuracy of records for water years prior to 2014 are noted in the individual Annual Data Reports for those water years.  For water years 2014 onward, records poor, due to uncertainty associated with flow being measured and computed at station 05056019, located 7.40 miles upstream, as a surrogate for discharge at this station, while backwater from elevated lake levels renders stage-discharge rating at this station unusable.  Estimated discharges are poor, unless otherwise noted.
EXTREMES OUTSIDE PERIOD OF RECORD - Flood of June 16, 1954, reached a stage of 9.83 ft, and flood of April 20, 1956, reached a stage of 10.71 ft, from floodmarks set by local resident.
WATER-QUALITY RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Water year 1972 to current year.
