LOCATION - Lat 42°55'11", long 89°13'13" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.05, T.5 N., R.11 E., Dane County, WI, Hydrologic Unit 07090002, at Forton Street Bridge in Stoughton.
DRAINAGE AREA - 407 mi² of which 36.6 mi² probably is noncontributing.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - November 2003 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Side-looking velocity meter system. Elevation of gage is 834.80 ft above mean sea level NAVD88 by RTK GPS 07/28/2020. Prior to that, elevation of gage was 835 ft above NGVD of 1929. Prior to Aug. 3, 2007, elevation of gage was 840 ft above NGVD of 1929.
