LOCATION - Lat 41°41'18", long 93°44'05" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.35, T.80 N., R.25 W., Polk County, IA, Hydrologic Unit 07100004, on left bank 10 ft upstream from bridge on Northwest 70th Avenue in Johnston, 2.5 mi east of Grimes, 0.5 mi downstream from Little Beaver Creek, and 6.3 mi upstream from mouth.
DRAINAGE AREA - 358 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR IA-77-1: 1974(P). WDR IA-95-1: Location.
Revisions: Gage datum was updated to 806.55 ft NAVD88 on July 12, 2022, as determined by a GNSS Level II survey. Gage datum was previously published as 806.98 ft NGVD29 from levels.
